We employ a disciplined, four-step Benefits Management Process that serves as the framework to deliver a customized, high-value experience to clients, bringing all aspects of their employee benefits together to attract, reward, and retain talent. It is our objective to serve as an extension of your company and manage multiple relationships for the different facets of your group benefits plans.

STEP 1: Establish Objectives
Work closely with clients and prospects to assess their overall picture, helping them identify their short and long term goals as they relate to their company’s benefit programs. This step of the process involves an in depth analysis of your existing benefits plans and their features. In addition, it is important during this step, to gain an understanding of the demographics of your workforce, your understanding of the benefits marketplace and current trends, as well as pertinent financial information.

STEP 2: Set Strategy
During this phase of the process we assist clients in developing benefits strategies that will guide them toward their goals. As an agency, we have multiple relationships in place because we know there is no “one size fits all” when it comes to your group benefits. As benefit coordinators we work for our clients and utilize all our relationships to assure we are meeting all the objectives of your group benefits plans in the most effective manner.

STEP 3: Implement Solutions
Propose solutions consistent with our client’s goals. In this stage, we introduce our specialist’s proposals specific to your requirements. Quite often, we will present multiple plans from a variety of providers and work with you to identify the features, advantages, and benefits of multiple options, delivering on our pledge to provide your company with the best fit. Once a decision is made we will work with you and your employees on an ongoing basis to educate, enroll, and address any questions/concerns.

STEP 4: Review Progress
Meet periodically with clients to review their objectives, strategies, and their effectiveness to assess the their ongoing ability to achieve company goals as they relate to group benefits.
